WENT WORTH GARDENS

MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/RENOVATION

Wentworth Gardens is a 1940s era low-rise Chicago Housing Authority development located adjacent to the stadium of the Chicago White Sox. SMNG A Ltd., in a joint venture with Matrix Engineering Corporation, assessed, programmed, master-planned, and developed contract documents for the complete renovation of this 17.5 acre, 490 apartment development.

 

Work included a full facility assessment of the 38 original buildings, meetings with stakeholders to develop a needs assessment coupled with the conditions assessment, a comprehensive priority list for development of the program, contract documents and full construction administration services.
