SMNG-A is assisting in developing PBC Landscape Guidelines with the PBC, Hitchcock Design Group and Terra Engineering.  These new guidelines will assist the PBC, user agencies and architects and landscape architects of record in future projects.  These guidelines will be avaliable in March.
